Birria is close to our heart, born in Jalisco, Mexico, where much of our family still lives and where birria is more than a meal, it's a cherished family tradition. The recipes, techniques, and passion for authentic Mexican cooking have been passed down through generations, and we spent years perfecting our own, blending family teachings with research and love.
We got our start at local farmers' markets and festivals, selling out again and again. That response pushed us to open Birria Spot, where we share a piece of our family's heritage through bold, Mexican/Asian-inspired flavors. Today, every bowl, taco, and fusion creation reflects that journey.
